As you enter the home, your eyes fix on a magnificent chandelier overhanging the staircase to the lower level. To your right is the wonderfully well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless appliances, new quartz countertops and sink, and a dedicated coffee bar with all the amenities you will need. There is seating for four at the counter, plus seating for 10 or more at the 12' long dining table. This dining room leads directly into the expansive living room, but your eyes are drawn to the soaring ceilings as well as the magnificent views of the multiple mountain ranges in the distance.The centerpiece of this living room is the wood-burning fireplace. There is a beautifully decorated half bath on this level. And beyond that is a very private space--the upper level owners' suite. This suite's bathroom boasts all new plumbing, electric, lighting, vanity, and a glass and tiled shower. The wall covering and wainscoting add to the feeling of having your own private sanctuary. As you proceed down the stairs (passing under the beautiful hanging chandelier) you are in the lower level TV room, which features a queen-size sofabed. The first of three bedrooms on this level sleeps 3 or 4 and is nicely decorated as a kids' room. The middle bedroom is nicely furnished, holding a queen bed and a TV for private viewing. The hall bath on this level is also newly remodeled, featuring all new plumbing, electric, lighting, vanity and a walk in tiled shower. The fourth bedroom in this home is a second bedroom suite, with its own en suite bathroom. All three of these bedrooms have direct door access to the lower level deck which holds the 4 to 6 person hot tub. There are also benches here to relax and view the setting sun or just dry off after the hot tub. Back up on the main level, this covered deck can be accessed from either the living room or the dining room, and it houses the grill and table setting for 6. During the warm months, the hammock invites you to laze away the time. And there is more than enough room on either of these decks to practice yoga or exercise activities. Both decks come with something other houses up here don't: both decks are covered. This means no sudden rainstorm will chase you inside just as you're ready to eat dinner out on the deck.
