Jan was inspired to enter real estate after seeing the professionalism and dedication of brokerage leaders, Greg and Jill Allman firsthand. After they guided him through two personal home transactions, Jan knew he wanted to join their team and bring that same high level of service to others.
For Jan, an exceptional client experience extends well beyond the closing table. He believes in being there whenever his clients need him, even if that means loading bags of pellets or jump-starting a car. It is this genuine willingness to help that turns a successful transaction into a lasting relationship.
When the week gets hectic, Jan stays motivated by remembering that there’s always another beach day down the road. However, don’t mistake his laid-back outlook for a preference for careful planning. Jan is an adventurer at heart! He once packed for a solo cross-country motorcycle trip in less than 30 minutes!
A diehard Buffalo Bills fan, Jan would love the opportunity to shadow legendary former head coach Marv Levy for a day. Now 101 years old, Levy is a World War II veteran and Harvard graduate who led the Bills through four consecutive Super Bowl appearances and endured four heartbreaking losses. Jan admires his remarkable resilience, perspective and lifetime of stories.
